By using this web site, you accept these terms and conditions of use. If you do not accept them, then please do not use this web site.

1.Scope Of The Service

The drivingschoollessons.co.uk website (the Site) is owned and operated by Web Offer Marketing Limited (we, us, our) and acts as a marketing agent website for New Driver Schools of Motoring Limited (New Driver). We will provide you with online services on the site which shall include information on the driving lessons offered by New Driver and the areas covered. We may also change, suspend, impose limits to access, or discontinue the Services at any time.

Use of the Service (excluding driving lessons bookings) will be free of charge.

2. Excluded Services

To use the Service you will need an appropriate computer, Internet connectivity and telecommunications link. We shall not be liable for any telephone or other costs that you may incur.

3. Use Of The Service

The name and overall content are 2010 DrivingSchoolLessons.co.uk and all rights are reserved. Further links to third parties have their own copyright and are reserved.

The Service is intended for personal use only and no part of the Service may be reproduced or displayed in public, broadcast or used for any other purpose without the consent of the relevant copyright owner. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the Services and information contained in the Services, Web Offer Marketing Limited accepts no responsibility for any use made of the information provided and shall not be liable for any loss suffered thereby.

4. Booking Your Driving Lessons & Your Driving Instructor

When you call our 0800 phone number regarding your driving lessons your call will be handled by New Driver, who will book in and take payment for your driving lessons.

Your driving lessons will be provided by a driving instructor from New Driver. These DSA approved New Driver franchised instructors are self employed with their own car, equipment and insurance. DrivingSchoolLessons.co.uk (and its operator Web Offer Marketing Limited) simply acts as a marketing agent for New Driver.

All contracts that are made are between you (the pupil) and the driving instructor and it is your responsibility to obtain direct contact information for your instructor.

Any claims or complaints you may have, of any kind, should be made directly to your driving instructor.

We cannot be held responsible for the actions of any driving instructor that you use and have no legal liability whatsoever.

5. Disclaimer

Although we have taken all reasonable steps to provide you with access to adequate and reputable content, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of such content. You must bear the risk associated with the use of a global network like the Internet.

We cannot give any warranties in respect of the content, software or services available through the Site. In particular, we disclaim all liabilities in connection with the following:

incompatibility of the Service with any of your equipment, software or telecommunication links
errors or interruptions of the Service
